I had a bad manager who laid me off without a justified reason. If you have a bad manager, you will likely have a negative experience. My experience at Zalando is unique to me and may vary depending on your team and manager. I advise anyone to take an active role in the interview process in order to get a better view of your manager

Crazy amount of micro-management, Lowest income in whole company, the difference in salary ranges between content-production department and other departments is huge, Untransparent promotion system
