      Great campus and restaurant, home office, corporate benefits

      Cons

      High workload, never ending restructurings, subjective unfair performance evaluation, incompetent first level leadership, hypocrisy of senior management leading by fear while projecting the opposite, sold out values for numbers and false image. Elitist leadership lecturing about values and e.g. female empowerment while enjoying the luxury of maintaining well educated, non working wifeys who take care of all the rest outside work.

      amazing campus with great working / training enviornment great benefit even current CEO cut a lot, flexi hours, work from home... , sabbatical options...

      Cons

      the interest of current CEO is only about the shareholders... not the employees... he just tried to sweat every penny... really bad vibe at the moment ... everybody is leaving
