There are some shining promises in the first 6 months, some good relocation packages...everything to get you in.
Cons
Poor management - people are more focused on their own career paths than adding any value to the direct reports. No support and just throwing people under the bus to save their own skin. The 90 days plans are superficial and the ratings are done based on some 5 minutes impression (typically through a hallway conversation). The company headquarter in Herzo has no air conditioning and it’s somewhere lost in a small village. Despite the German law our workloads are heavy and we work 12-14 hours/day. I personally asked for help and my performance rating went automatically down. The management approval rating is around 12%. If you are a professional, just go somewhere else.
