      dis functional company that did away with store managers and has one person running multiple stores and it leads to problems

      Pros

      good discount, friendly team atmosphere and decent pay. room for growth if interested. fast paced store with always plenty to do to keep you busy.

      Cons

      Bad corporate structure and dysfunctional stores due to the eliminating of SM and having one person run multiple store that are part of Adidas group

      Pros

      -nice looking office. -when you are lucky you are working in a friendly team. -can integrate sports into your long working hours.

      Cons

      -working hours are faked and put into the system lower as they really are. -cut down on benefits and work bonuses for employees. -more and more people working with temp. contracts. -life-work balance looks mostly only good on paper. -more people get ill and are on leave for long periods of time. -applications of internal workforce are dissed and external applications are preferred. -the workers council is cut out and is not very powerful.
