      Good promotion opportunites especially in sales. Good place to learn and develop retail skills. Good work and life balance and young and dynamic atmosphere to work

      Cons

      Nothing much to say for the cons. Benefits may differantiate depending on the department. Bonus calculation methods are not understood well by the employees

      Pros

      30% Off anything, on top of the sale they had. $10,000 Limit on discount card, anyone can use it. MVP of the month gets $100 worth of free stuff. Free shoes every 4 months. Chill Co-Workers and Managers.

      Cons

      Not enough hours sometimes. Break is only 10 minutes. Corporate sends a lot of shipment Mon-Fri so not a lot of room in break area.
