Pros

The company will do its best to work around your schedule. It seems that it would be easy to move up in the company, but I still have yet to experience that. They are a very socially conscious company. The discount isn't amazing but it's a decent 30%

Cons

The management is the biggest problem with this company, the fact that they don't hire the right management makes the working situation very difficult for the sales associates because they don't understand standards. I used to work at one the big "competitor's" company's, and the reason why that management worked was because everyone was constantly being reminded of the "standards" and everyone's work was checked. The idea of team was a prevalent factor to the company, and Adidas seems to lack of that.
