      Pros

      Great discounts not just within the company but to other affiliated companies (i.e Verizon, Microsoft, Sony) Worked with some really great people.

      Cons

      There is a great development program for internal promotions that the company insist on taking if you want to move-up. But they still invest on externally hiring. Too much run around on how you can get to that next level.
