      Good working Environment with the possibility to have good work-life Balance. Opportunity to take on challenges in an multi-cultural Environment. International Setup of the Organisation provides enough room to build your individual strength in a certain area. (e.g. Sales, IT, Legal)

      In technical Areas there is strong Focus on Project Management with the loss of technical Expertise therefore high dependency on external contractors.

      adidas tops the International diversity at the HQ. Coming to work is a dream, since they continue to provide perks to the employees. New amazing gym, new food canteen, new parking garage all in one place.

      Cons

      Internal politics which you will get at any big company. It surely helps if you network around to get ahead, or you will just get passed up.
