      Pros

      Great atmosphere to work. Can-do spirit and support from senior management. The framework is there for people to better themselves and grow in areas they are interested in. A lot of opportunities also to move between and within functions. Cross-functional engagement and understanding is encouraged. Great work-life balance. Sport is a great way to also meet people and try our sports you never did before. Being fit and healthy also helps you perform better at work. I love every day at this company!

      Pros

      Great working environment, however in a city in the middle of nowhere. Opportunities might be possible for careers internationally and young/dynamic colleagues.

      Cons

      Very political environment, where some managers if you do a great job want to keep you instead of let you grow. Opportunities for growth can sometimes be limited depending which team you are part of.

      Great work life balance and flexibility, great brand and great colleagues

      Cons

      Brand is being Americanized and a lack of leadership results in intensive internal politics and the way HR treat and compensate people in general is a disgrace. Employees are seen as costs to be kept a lid on rather than assets to be nurtured and developed. Also the location leaves much to be desired.
