      International environment. People are so welcoming and friendly here.

      Cons

      Be prepared to hear "it is what it is" answer a lot from your manager. The more you hear it, the more demotivated you are. Well, it is what it is

      Though you perform good in your quarterly OKR, you are just a number. They can sack you just like that.

      I cant really offer any pros, this is an awful company that treats it's people very badly.

      Cons

      Complete lack of focus onto it's people, lack of direction, lack of strategy, lack of ethics. Avoid at all costs.
