      None to mention. It’s a dispersed company without core cultures, thinking or management.

      Cons

      It’s a collection of poorly merged businesses without any commonality in terms of people, culture, processes or systems. There is no hr impact across the organisations and what there is badly managed and led by an inexperienced and unqualified CPO. The companies commitment to D+I and CSR isn’t evident and the policy of constantly flying teams to hq for meetings that could be conducted by zoom underlines the lack of green credentials in this company. There are no career tracks, pay is low and lower quartile by design and promotional opportunities limited to subjective and not objective decision making.
