Pros

Slow company with very mixed up processes.

Cons

Salaries and benefits are poor, there was a rumour that salaries would be reviewed but it didn’t happen. Highest inflation figures globally and we got a 0% payrise !

Dear former colleague, We really appreciate you taking the time to give us your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you didn't have any positive experiences at GSG. We are working hard and prioritizing the two points you just mentioned. So far we have improved our benefits package on a global level with 32 vacation days (27 APAC) or quarterly team events among others. Our Comp&Ben team is looking also into the local options and more will follow soon. Regarding the salaries, we want to offer competitive compensation for every employee as well as development opportunities. Once again, thanks again for your feedback and feel free to reach out to us anytime if you have any suggestions or comments. We wish you all the best, Your Talent Acquisition Team

Pros

Work from home, left to do the job, holiday allowance.

Cons

Management do not listen to genuine concerns. Ignore workers declared health conditions, poor pay, poor work/life balance, overall not a welcoming environment. Levels of work increase without the recognition or pay reward, and they will abuse staff positions to avoid hiring extra staff or promoting in house, lack of career development.
