      Pros

      We meet many people from all over the world when working at GSG. It is an interesting atmosphere and I believe that this is the best thing about working at GSG. We learn how to collaborate with so many different cultures and backgrounds. GSG is also open for the employees to move between teams in case there are opportunities, which adds a lot of value when people are searching for different professional paths in their careers.

      Cons

      GSG has been working with different verticals and this could mean different levels of maturity when comparing the products and verticals. And depending on where you work at, could be frustrating how slow and unorganised some projects can be.

      Pros

      I have been with GSG for almost 8 years and I am very happy. The company has grown a lot in recent years and although the teams are now bigger, the essence remains the same. Family reconciliation is possible thanks to its flexibility. The human value for me is the most important thing about the company, along with the respect, empathy, and trust that GSG has placed in me over the years.

      we are gradually getting more social benefits although we are still missing some that the competition does have, but I know that the benefits department is working on improving them
