Very nice salary, free food on Wednesday, remote Fridays

Cons

Culture exists only on paper, be ready for olitics, people deal with each other in the background, not transparent, vertical hierarchy, days full of meetings but results should be shipped, GOSSIPING, unprofessional behaviour of some top PM team members, and guess what - cakes and sugar every day. I didn't mention commute as it the smallest of the issues there.

The work culture is relaxed. In Germany they have recently got a grant from US to boost their business, so they are actively hiring. Some of the people are really helpful and integrating. All in all, a great overall experience if you are looking to start your career or looking to progress it in the field of e-commerce.

Cons

German language requirement. If you are someone who is not German or do not know German language that much, then prepare yourself for a somewhat rough journey ahead. Again, not everyone is like that, but most of the time, besides work, you will feel isolated.
