- Great Environment that considers relevant also human values - Amazing people enriching your daily job-life - Good pay considering the role that you're covering compared to the average companies - Of course a great Brand, inside and outside

Cons

Depending on what you're looking for your career, not real disantavantages but I can signal - Low Turnover rater that has an impact on role rotations - Not an easy career path, you need to wait for the right moment and occasion and of course be ready!
