- Great culture. - Great benefits, lots of care towards employees. - Good compensation.

Cons

- Forced diversity impacts career progression if you are a male. Huge push to hiring female engineers and female leadership for better diversity. If done correctly, the company will be better off in the future, so I still gave it a 5/5 stars. - Usual corporate mismanagement where new employees have higher salaries than their superiors whom have been for over 10 years in the company.
