      Pros

      I loved working at the Lego Store! The staff and management was great. There was a cohesive team of people that worked together to make sure that everyone who walked through the door knew how much fun we had together and how much fun we had with lego bricks.

      Cons

      Retail always has down sides like working holidays but that is retail anywhere.

      Pros

      Working at LEGO was one of the best work experiences and learning opportunities that I have ever had. They provide every tool that is required for you to be successful in your work, especially if you are motivated. The constant coaching and constructive criticisms are geared towards making you the best customer service and brand representative possible. This training exceeds any other customer service job you will ever have and prepares you to be successful in any such environment. The team is very supportive and having the managers wanting to see you succeed so much that they back your goals 100% makes for the perfect work environment.

      Cons

      Know that working at a LEGO Brand Retail store you are more a part of the marketing team than anything else and their policies are really more like guidelines.
