      Pros

      I love the benefit here and how they raise me and pay my salary in a nice manager. They would raise my salary once a year.

      Cons

      There is too much argument in the workplace that cause all other employee to hate each other. I hoping for a better position.

      1. Bus service to / fro home to office within Mumbai 2. Good QA system.

      Cons

      1. Very very poor work and personal life balance. 2. Most departments are dependent on process dept for even simple engineering inputs. Hence the process dept is taxed unnecessarily. This has resulted in lack of time for process engineers to execute their engineering and also reduces the quality of deliverables from Process dept due to lack of time.. 3. Process department is not equipped to handle core process engineering. 4. Some employees are burdned with excess work. Work delegation to all employees is not uniform. 5. Project schedules are unrealistic. 6. Promotions are not performance based but based on the number of years completed which is unfair.

      Pros

      major company in Germany with good benefits and acceptable working time. Holidays and extra benefits are above average.

      Cons

      no career advancement due to big number of senior managers that wont retire in the near future. no career strategy for young professionals and professionals
