Pros

Excellent pay and benefits. Start with 5 weeks of vacation.

Cons

There is no direction from management. Industrial sales team does not know how to close a contract so there has not been any work in-house for over a year. You have no chance for advancement unless you are German.

Dedicated employees who care about the company. Okay benefits. Gone is that poor excuse of a CEO.
