Pros

Pay is good, bonuses good but not worth the poor management

Cons

Who you know not how you perform, ever changing priorities, unethical treatment of customers, do not do what they are contracted to do, talk about caring for employees but really don’t, reorganize every 2-3 years, obsessively profit driven, discriminate against older people with higher salaries

Pros

Well established corporation. Employees are given adequate autonomy.

Cons

Frequent upper management changes and shifts in corporate strategy in recent years. Downsizing and restructuring resulting in a workforce that is often stretched too thin. Lack of empathy and understanding from upper management.
