Pros

Good benefits package for employees

Cons

With the Business Headquarters moving to Atlanta, the company is in disarray. Under trained departments with a ton of work that new hires get thrown into. Under paid for the amount of work being asked to produce.

Pros

Real development center, really big inventions, ok salary

Cons

Highs and lows - deep defecta beside huge inventions, amateur tools, no communication between departments, always task force. No feedback about direct supervisor, no talent program CEO changed in again in one and a half year.

Dear colleague, we as thyssenkrupp are currently in no easy position. The situation leads to uncertainty. That is why we are now focusing on regaining lost trust - from customers, business partners, investors and above all from you. Our goal is to build a company that earns money again, gives you prospects and stands on a solid foundation. The new Executive Board team will resolutely tackle the challenges facing thyssenkrupp. We believe that the Executive Board, with its various perspectives on the businesses, ideally complements each other and is therefore well positioned overall. Guido Kerkhoff's Executive Board mandate was mutually terminated. Last year he took on responsibility as CEO in a particularly difficult situation and did not duck away. Guido Kerkhoff has faced the challenges confronting our company with great personal commitment and has developed a perspective for the future of thyssenkrupp. Together, we will continue along the path we have embarked on with our strategic realignment. In the future we will continue to focus on Performance First, Flexible Portfolio and Efficient Organization. These aspects will also influence the communication and feedback culture at thyssenkrupp in the future, hopefully in your interest. We hope that we can regain your trust and that you will feel comfortable and secure at thyssenkrupp again in the future. We would also like to thank you for your many years of dedication and for being part of the #teamtk.
