      Some people are great no matter in what bad environment they work in.

      Cons

      Bad unforgiving management and inadequate training. Sink or swim mentality by supervisors. Horrible computer interface imposed by Boeing. Favoritism by the leads. Some people get away with sleeping on the job some get watched and snitched on.
