Pros

Big company with many locations. Has scale to be successful if it could learn to execute.

Cons

Very poorly managed company. Losing market share to Reliance and other key players in the industry. Financial performance dramatically lags behind other competitors. Known for hiring outside salesman who bring along a book of business and then letting them go through a restructuring in a couple years.

Pros

If you did not get any other good job, this is a place to work. Most of the bosses are good.

Cons

One of the main cons of the company is that they are heavily conservative with little or no acceptance for new ideas. You always work more than what they end up paying you. Service bonds are the only HR Policy.
