Pros

A wide process know how portfolio covering many segments of the Chemical industry, and having state of the art technologies. An established global network of subsidiaries across the world in over 15 countries. Focused approach, excellent working environment comparable to the best in the industry, quality oriented work culture. Stable work force, employee oriented company policies. part of a large German conglomerate Thyssenkrupp AG, an internationally well known name in Steel, Automotive, and Plant technology industries. Thus enjoys a sound technical and financial back up from the large parent group.

Cons

a conservative approach to critical aspects of business, leading to risk averse policies (prove to be beneficial in the long run) and sometimes lead to loss of business opportunities in the shorter run. Lacking aggressive business strategies for EPC projects.
