Pros
Great people, generally excellent support and a willingness to improve. Global company with plenty of opportunity to travel and work in a variety of locations.
Cons
Highly decentralized company so it can be somewhat frustrating/difficult to get initiatives done across P&L centres. Although the dominant language in the company is English, for non-german speakers there is a bit of a glass ceiling, understandably, as the most senior positions generally require german fluency to be effective.
