Pros

Fun company events, good pay & benefits

Cons

Some managers are abysmal and should not be in management. Got suckered in thinking I would be working in one programming area, but got put in areas I knew nothing about and did not want to be in, given no training, and couldn't get put on my areas of expertise. It was a miserable experience. Some at TK had great managers and some had lousy managers and your experience there really depended on which you had. Don't work in IT there!

Pros

1. Good working culture. 2. Good facilities provided to the employees

Cons

1. Office politics. 2. Slow growth(never ever enter as a Graduate engineer trainee) 3. In some departments, the workforce above 50 years of age are more in number which creates an imbalance in work-relations between juniors and seniors, especially GETs experience this difference.
