Pros

Pay, benefits and annual performance incentives - 3 weeks vacation at start

Cons

Very who you know, cannot trust that what you are told to do is what leaders really want, no communication between the lines of business, US corporate is unorganized with regard to the global strategic plans of the parent company and global partners, branches are all mini fiefdoms of the larger regional kingdoms - almost everyone is related to each other - new ideas are asked for but not readily accepted, this is an extremely ALPHA MALE culture and they do not embrace diversity or other cultures. Were offering 3 weeks vacation to new hires after new fiscal year in October but still haven't let existing employees know they get an extra week... HR is a joke and they play favorites - allow male supervisors to say and act inappropriately... to make a long story short - pay is good but its not worth the headache, heartache and drama -

Pros

Inside/Outside team dynamics was great

Cons

Management came from competitor, offered all new jobs to their previous coworkers. No room for growth professionally or financially.
