Pros

Consistent work and processes, nice benefits and semi competitive pay. Partially covered transportation as well as education. Treatment depends largely on if your manger and HR like you.

Cons

Top heavy and little advancement for women. There are selective opportunities and choices depending upon your gender. This is true worldwide.

Pros

The employees were friendly and they were very nice and welcoming.

Cons

They are a big company and I think this is why they do the things they do. They have a very, extremely high turn over rate. In one day a few people were fired. They truly take advantage of this at will state stuff. They tell temp companies they are hiring temp to perm, when in all actuality they just want some one there to do one task then they advised they do not need their services anymore claiming the person doesn't fit what they were looking for or they will advise because of poor work performance. I was in training and never performed any of the work so how do you measure that and come up with poor work performance. They do not provide new employee orientation so that the people being hired will know the policies and procedures of the company. They play favoritism, if they don't like you they find a way to get rid of you. If they do like you they find a way to keep you no matter how much you mess up. The management is weak part of the company if the higher ups know their bottom line is important they need to get rid of the management team. They treat their employees like slaves. The plant managers and supervisors are like a bunch of women being sneaky, and conniving, whispering about everyone and what they are not doing instead of tightening up the management team. They think anyone that is below management is incompetent and do not know their rights, so the treat their employees like they are uneducated. This company is not diverse driven and they are not innovative when it comes to staff. They make it seem like it is relaxed and easy and you can be yourself but you cannot. This is not a family oriented environment. Not comfortable environment. Every time you open your mouth its like whatever you say will be used against you. I felt like my rights should have been read to me.
