Pros

OK starting salary. Clean work environment. Employee recognition. Considering Danville doesn't offer many great opportunities this is one of the better companies in the area. Opportunities to grow if you are mobile. Opportunities to travel internationally. Great technology.

Cons

High management turnover. Small salary increases. Unapproachable CEO. HR department makes promises to employees but does not deliver. Favoritism has existed for years among top management here.
