Three rounds pretty hard. they were all very nice though. They were all on a teams call. First with REcruitment teams and then with the other managers. I would give it some more prep time for interviews
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (New York, NY) in Apr 2023
Interview
While I was in my last semester of college (and extremely busy working to put myself through school, as well as balancing internships and my final classes), I interviewed for ADP.
My initial interview with the HR Coordinator was lovely, however each interview after became increasingly time consuming. I ended up having 4 interviews with various team members (excluding my initial interview) where I was requested to send thorough thank-you e-mails before/after (with in depth notes of my takeaways).
Unfortunately, I ended up getting completely ghosted after my last interview and never heard a word back, which was quite inconsiderate considering I had invested well over 5 hours into their interview process.
While I’ve heard great things about working for the company, I really hope this isn’t a pattern for how the regard employee candidates, particularly college students and recent graduates.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why are you drawn to a sales role?
What do you know about the company?
The first interview was a simple introductory phone Interview. The second interview was on Teams, followed by a Final Interview. Interview process was straight forward and easy to manage. Questions weren't too difficult either.
