ADP Implementation Consultant I interview questions

Applied online. Recieved an email requesting a phone interview. Had the phone interview about a week later. Received an email for a 2nd phone for a 2nd phone interview. Accepted and received a call a few days later. Then received an email for a 3rd phone interview. Accepted and had interview a few days later. Was informed the next step would be a group interview followed by a presentation and finally a day of shadowing. Kinda glad I didn't make it that far...it seems like a bit much.

Received an email to schedule a phone interview a couple of days after applying online. Phone interview went well and they asked general questions about my background and why I wanted to work for ADP. About 2 days later, I received a phone call from the recruiter stating that they were ready to move me to the next round and schedule a second interview. An hour later, the recruiter called back stating that they've already filled the position and will need to cancel the interview. I find that extremely unprofessional and disorganized.
