I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at ADP (Atlanta, GA) in Aug 2015
Interview
I forwarded my resume to a recruiter within minutes, I had an interview time and date. Did well on the pre screening. I was then interviewed my the hiring manager within the following two weeks. The process of a background check and drug screening is what actually took the longest. Overall the experience was fairly quick.

Really basic questions
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at ADP (Sandy Springs, Fulton, GA) in May 2015
Interview
Hiring process was terribly slow... Last interviewed on May 31st, no response from anyone until the end of August.
Interviews were easy and conversational. Responses to my own questions were detailed and informative.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at ADP (Bukarest, ) in Jun 2015
Interview
I was referred for this position. The recruiting process was very fast. I had the 4 interviews and the answer in less than 2 weeks. I was contacted the next day after I was referred and in 2 days I had the face-to-face interview, the next day the language interview and within 3 days intervals I had the other 2 interviews with the client and the counterparts from the country that I would take care of if I were to be employed.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The questions were very customer support oriented. If you have worked in this field, they shouldn't pose difficulty. The most unexpected question was what do I do, in my spare time, to relief the work stress.
