ADP Implementation Consultant I interview questions

The process is straight forward, the company usually looks for people who have the experience to impact the position positively, and add some insight to it from the candidate's experience. There are 2 rounds of interview, one with the hiring manager, and one with the business group director. Both last about 1 hour, and are behavioral style. Great communication skills and the ability to tell your story and make it relate to the position will get you in.
