I applied through other source. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at ADP (Alpharetta, GA) in Nov 2012
Interview
The process is straight forward, the company usually looks for people who have the experience to impact the position positively, and add some insight to it from the candidate's experience. There are 2 rounds of interview, one with the hiring manager, and one with the business group director. Both last about 1 hour, and are behavioral style.
Great communication skills and the ability to tell your story and make it relate to the position will get you in.

I applied for a position via the portal. I was called by a recruiter for an initial screening, then had a phone interview with hiring manager. Next was a phone interview with two team leads, then finally an in person interview with two managers. Everyone was pleasant and supportive along the way.

Question 1
There were no trick questions, nothing especially difficult or unexpected. Because my background and experience truly were a very good fit for the position, I just needed to answer the questions honestly.
