I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at ALDI (Pittsburgh, PA) in Jan 2016
Interview
Submitted four resumes in less than two months, and finally was given a face-to-face interview. A complete waste of time! Listed on the company website and facebook that they were hiring shift managers. After making multiple trips, at the end of my hour face-to-face interview I was informed the company doesn't hire employees as managers!!! I informed the gentleman that they were advertising shift managers, but he wasn't at all concerned. Hourly associate pay was much to low to consider. They wasted my time and false advertised what they were looking for. Didn't even want to work at a grocery store, just applied because I was desperate and needed to pay and benefits the job was supposed to offer.

I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at ALDI (Fontana, CA) in Jul 2016
Interview
Went to a "job fair" where an overpaid college grad took my application and said, "we are only taking applications today, if you don't hear from us in a week, then we have gone another direction." I didn't hear back but I did see they hosted a second hiring event for the same store- I had to wonder why considering 100 people showed up at 8am that day.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (Cherry Hill, NJ) in Apr 2016
Interview
Interviews were in a series of three separate times with three different people. I went on the first two and turned down the job after the second when they asked to go to a third interview. They repeated the same questions the entire time.
