AT&T interview questions

I had a series of interviews with HR, the store manager and the areas sales manager. Everyone was professional and very friendly. Prior to the interviews, AT&T required me to take an online sales test which is really easy if you have any sales experience and manageable if you don't have experience but take a common sense approach. The background investigation is extensive and can be frustrating if you cannot contact a previous employer. I love my job, but it is frustrating to think that I am only able to make two thirds of what i could have made had I joined the company earlier. Don't listen to and jaded past employees. There is a lot of room to move up in the company quickly, provided you work hard and can give consistent, quality service when facing customers.
