Interview was basic and general for entry level position. Interviewer was nice and pleasant. Know your strength, weakness, customer service, working in a team and have some professional work experience to reflect on and share.
Interview is conducted virtually. I had two. First one was cancelled on me because the interviewer was sick. Extremely disappointing but it happens. Second one was not much of an interview. Mainly interviewer talking about AT&T and the position. They do have you role play at the end. Needless to say if you are new to the company your hours will be 1-9pm including weekends. No thanks
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at AT&T (Houston, TX) in Mar 2021
Interview
It was a good interview but second interview was little confusing for me but over all I could nailed it so you will fine. Make sure to know how to talk about yourself and try to explain situations that you have to multitask so there will be no problem
