The had me do a phone interview and then in person. There were multiple people present who took turns going in for the in person interview. I found out I got the job by phone call a day later.

Q: Tell me about a time you had an issue with a customer and how you solved it.
It was a very quick process. Very calm environment and easy questions. I believe that had I been in the right circumstances, I would have taken the job but sadly unfortunately I did not.
Video Interviews were very new to me. This was before the pandemic. It was a smooth experience though as they prompted you through all the steps. They did let you re-do your responses as many times as necessary, which was very helpful.
