I was interviewed by Capgemini placement procedure in campus placement drive. It was one day process which included an online aptitude(First round) test,online technical aptitude test,Technical interview and final round of H.R interview.
All the rounds were eliminating rounds it's just that the frequency of elimination decreased in the following rounds. First round the mass elimination according to my observation

CapGemini came to our college for Analyst A4 profiles. The first round was an Aptitude+Essay writing test. And the next test was a coding test, they have given 20 MCQs on coding. Those who cleared two test were interviewed on the next day. It was a TR followed by a HR. In TR round I was asked questions related to my projects, events I have done and some core subject related questions.
In the HR round I was asked, Tell me about your self, why should we hire you, are you ready to get relocated, and what have you learnt from the events you have conducted/participated.
