Capgemini Process associates interview questions

My first level interview was Aptitude. Aptitude test was about spatial reasoning, it's very difficult to answer. Second level was one on one with manager , He was asked about my previous job.

It contains about accounts based questions. And asked about skills and work experience and gave scenario how to handle it in critical situation if occurs and how to stretch and flexible in work , how long sustain in this company, and about work process asked having knowledge about excel sheet.
