Step 1: was the shortlisting of the applicants based on CGPA and interships
Step 2: was a GD or group discussion where around 10 people were put in a panel and discussion on a general topics (population explosion and its disadvantages) happened
Step 3: shortlists of the above step were to attend a final interview- this comprised of both technical and HR based competencies testing. Some of the highlights of this interview were as follows-
Basics on computing language C, C++
Graduation project work- relating it to real life application
Hobbies- what, why and how do they help
Puzzles to test aptitude and thinking

Interview
It was on campus recruitment. It consist of three rounds:
Written test, Group discussion and interview.
The whole process was completed in two days.
Written test consists of Aptitude, Quant and English.
In GD they will give you a current topic and they will ask for your views.
After that in interview there will be general questions about you, your family, college,
projects done in college, your willingness to join at any location in India.

Interview
I applied through Campus Recruitment. There were three rounds in total. First round consisted of an online test containing questions testing our verbal, quantitative and reasoning skills. next was an English spoken and verbal test. Finally, there was the interview round. The questions in the interview round were probing and thoroughly tested the candidate's willingness to join Capgemini. They emphasized more on practical work rather than course subjects.
