Capgemini Technical Leader interview questions

interview process has two technical rounds and one hr round. Easy questions on level 1 and complex technical questions on level 2 . Salary negotiation can be done. Location preference can be demanded. remote work is also allowed currently

Multiple HRs shortlist my profile over a period of 1 month and conduct interviews. In most of the interviews, I feel I have answered almost all questions asked and positive about the feedback from HR. But they don't respond later. I can say, they are having a very loose system in hiring where it doesn't matter about the candidate experience, and recruiter has no clue what managers are looking for just randomly picking guys and interviewing. questions asked are basic c++,OOPS concept and in some case database SQL concepts.
