Capgemini Technical Leader interview questions

Interview process was fast tracked. 1st round was face to face technical round. 2nd round was telephonic regarding leadership skill. 3rd round was with client. Client had taken 3 rounds of interview - first 2 are technical and final round is managerial. Duration of each round spanned from 30 mins to 2 hours. All technical round questions consist of advanced knowledge in Python and Database - theoretical & practical. Some questions were related to AWS too. All managerial round questions were related to Agile concept, leadership skill etc. Overall experience is good and very systematic.

Interview process was good with 2 rounds of technical, and 1 manager and 1 HR round. All the rounds were conducted on the same day. It took more than 15 days to get the offer letter
