I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Casey's (Ankeny, IA) in May 2016
Interview
2 in person interviews. The first one was with the hiring manager, the second was with the hiring manager and his supervisor.
Began with the standard "get to know you" questions (previous employers, titles, education, etc.) then moved into specific questions relating to experience with specific job duties and whether I had these duties in the past and my familiarity with different software/operating systems

I applied online. I interviewed at Casey's (Ankeny, IA) in Mar 2017
Interview
I applied online and within a week I was contacted. I was told that we could skip the phone screening, but asked to come in for an interview. I came to Casey's Corporate HQ and interviewed with the Security Supervisor. The Security Supervisor knew that I had a prior military background and made me feel like qualifications for the job were met without question. The supervisor and I talked about the job, we went on a tour, and I was told to expect a call. After all the interviews were completed, I received a call and a job offer letter. Easy process.

Question 1
There was no questions that were difficult, but obviously as in all interviews have a great reason for why you want the job.
I met with two store managers and the kitchen manager, who would be overseeing my training. Because they were in need of someone quickly, the interview was basically a very quick introduction to the store and team, we briefly discussed what kind of hours and flexibility I was looking for, and they got me into the system right then.
