Over the phone on zoom but it could have changed since then. It was a quick, under 30 minutes meeting and then got a phone call back. Everything else was done over email back and forth with Human Resources
It was simple. Did a phone interview then a walk through with the store manager and then they gave me my schedule. Went over all the paperwork on my first day and watched videos with an easy quiz after each one.

They just asked if I had prior experience and how many years of customer service experience I had.
Sit-down, quick thirty minute interview, always looking to hire people there. Generic interview questions about character, nothing too complicated. Offered me a job immediately after the interview as well, just breathe and it will be fine.
