Not a bad place to work, does not have good job retention. Many people quit. You have to get up very early to cook donuts and open the shop if you work in the kitchen.
It was a very straight forward process. Filled out the online application, had a phone interview, and then was called in for an in-person interview with the job's supervisor and a colleague.
