First of all I did not contact them, I was contacted by an HR lady in Dec/2019 asking me to apply for a particular position because I looked like a strong candidate. She called me and sweet talked me into sending her my resume directly. After that she ghosted me. In Feb/2020 another HR lady called me, said the previous one had lost her notes and interviewed me over the phone again. Went for a marathon 4h interview with 5 people. Everybody sounded very positive. After that they ghosted me again until March when they asked me to come for another 3h interview with a different group because the previous group decided I wasn't a good match. Silly me I went again, talked to 4 people one after the other. They all asked me the exact same questions. Not sure why we couldn't make it a 30min interview with everybody sitting together. Again everybody seemed positive, but it's been 2 weeks with no news so I went online and it just says they went with other candidates. Talk about disrespect for people's times. So glad I didn't wait and already accepted an offer from another employer who didn't put me through all of that!
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Daikin (Brüssel) in Dec 2019
Interview
Three rounds in total: Phone screening with HR, Conference call with 2 managers and 1:1 meeting in person in the office, pretty classic, STAR questions, standard business metrics (4P, Porter 5 forces).

It was a panel interview, which lasted about 30 minutes and included several discussions about expectations. They were specific with what they wanted in an intern, and quickly gave an offer.
