Contacted directly, then phone screening, questionaire, request for "cover letter" like application, and then.... silence. Requests following up went unanswered.
I can understand I might not have been what they were looking for - they based their cold call off my LinkedIn profile rather than any actual personal knowlege of me - but their recruiter just never followed up or let me know I had been dropped from consideration - if indeed I had been!
