Interview process and onboarding was smooth! No major challenges or hassles during the process. I was hired and was explained well about the roles and responsibilities which led to a smoother onboarding and interview.
Had five technical interviews, including face-to-face, felt more focused on gathering ideas from other firms than assessing job fit. Unexpectedly, additional interviewers joined without a clear structure, which made the process feel disjointed and tiring. To top it off, the job was reposted on their website before the final interview was even conducted.
