Evolution interview questions

Skype face to face. Personable and very pleasant experience with added information about company operations and position expectations. If the company can be judged by those conducting the interview then Evolution gaming left a very positive impression.

Most useless interview I have ever been to. - It started with a game on codingame.com, which is a "great" way to begin an interview - by solving a task in JS that you never solve in real life while working on projects. - Next it was a basic part: introduction and questions about background. - Then was 1.5 (!) hours talking about Promises and a task to implement my version of promises using TDD. (Very "useful" task). I'm not sure what this interview was supposed to prove and how it helps determine a good developer from a bad one. It only left a bad impression about the company and their employment process overall. Would not recommend.
