Interview
Went an exhausting 7 rounds and a test. Met with people I would probably never interact with on a daily basis. They were pretty unorganized and didn't really know what they were looking for as the role seemed to be multiple roles in one. In the end I'm happy I wasn't offered a position since the process probably indicates what it's like to work there. Also now sure they'll be around in a year or two.

Interview
Was ghosted after the case study. They have had this job listing up for 4+ months and have still not hired anyone. Either they don't know what they're looking for or use applicants for free consulting work. Regardless, it doesn't matter. If you're asking tons of applicants to do tons of hours of free work, you need to at least give a response to why it doesn't work. Do better.
